Capital Analytics Named "Cool Vendor" for Human Capital Management Software by Leading Industry Analyst.
Company earns a place in the Gartner 2008 report
Durham, NC - April 10, 2008. Capital Analytics, a pioneer in the measurement and optimization of human capital investments, announced that Gartner has named the company to its “Cool Vendors for Human Capital Management Software, 2008” report, published April 1, 2008. Capital Analytics was one of four technology vendors evaluated in this year’s report.
The report, authored by leading analysts James Holincheck and Thomas Otter, notes that workforce analytics is an important emerging trend in HCM software, providing the context for better talent management and more focused HCM interventions. The report also finds that HR leaders looking to build links between HR and business-line success will require strong empirical and analytical proof points. Gartner expects the demand for tools and services that collate, present and interpret HR analytical data to grow significantly in 2008.
The report recognized Capital Analytics for its patented software tool, HumanCapitalRx™, which incorporates advanced statistical methodologies with client-side processes and clear, actionable reports. According to Gartner, vendors selected for the "Cool Vendor" report offer a technology or product that is “innovative, impactful and intriguing.”
