Harold Stolovitch Joins Forces with Capital Analytics
January 14, 2010. Capital Analytics, Inc. has announced that Harold D. Stolovitch, Ph.D., noted human performance consultant, researcher and author, is collaborating with the company to pinpoint the workforce development needs of a major client facing mass retirement of senior executives.
This project requires the merger of robust quantitative data (mined and consolidated from disparate data bases) and qualitative information gleaned from current executives. Through analysis of the data, Capital Analytics will enable the company to build a profile for developing, recruiting and retaining future leaders.
